Spring Remedy Retreat

Join Katherine, of Retreat Remedies, and Charlotte, of NourishHq, for a long weekend of

nourishment, restoration, and deep cleansing

As the earth awakens, join us for a weekend devoted to cleansing, restoration and renewal. This is a time to pause, release the heaviness of winter, and gently return to balance - body, mind and spirit.

Through nourishing food, connection with nature, and simple herbal practices, you’ll learn to support your body’s natural rhythms: making gut-healing remedies, herbal tonics and sow seedlings to plant your own medicine garden at home.

We’ll slow down together - walking the gardens, tending the soil, and resting deeply - so you leave feeling lighter, restored, and ready to step into spring with clarity and vitality.

Offerings…

NATURE & NUTRITION

Across the weekend you’ll be nourished with vibrant, plant-based feasts made from fresh, seasonal produce gathered from the Nourish HQ kitchen garden.

Each morning begins with Katherine’s herbal tea meditation, using her Retreat Remedies blends to calm the mind and gently awaken the body. She’ll share her wisdom on using food as medicine - to heal the gut, balance hormones and boost immunity.

Charlotte will guide you through the principles of Ayurvedic nutrition, exploring how to eat with the seasons and in harmony with your unique constitution.

YOGA & BREATHWORK

With over a decade of experience, Charlotte shares gentle yet transformative yoga and breathwork practices designed to soothe the nervous system, release stagnation, and support the body’s natural detoxification.

Each session will flow through mindful breathing - from soft, connective rhythms to more energising, cleansing breaths - before settling into deep stillness and rest. These practices help reduce inflammation, boost immunity, and restore balance from the inside out.

The yoga will be intuitive, nurturing and accessible for all levels, inviting space, clarity and calm back into the body.

GOODNESS FROM GARDEN

We’ll gather the first of the spring harvest from the walled vegetable garden, where everything is grown organically and with care. Much of what we eat will be freshly picked by you - a true garden-to-table experience.

From the medicine garden, we’ll harvest herbs grown from seed with intention and knowledge. Charlotte will share her wisdom on cultivating and preparing herbal medicines, so you leave inspired to grow and create your own healing remedies at home.

MEDICINE MAKING

Over the weekend we’ll work closely with Mother Nature, exploring the herbs and plants found in the hedgerow, garden and wild. You’ll learn how to grow, harvest, preserve and transform them into simple, powerful remedies.

Our focus will be on cleansing and restorative medicine — supporting the gut and liver to aid detoxification, balance hormones, and strengthen digestion. As we often say, we are not what we eat, but what we digest.

You’ll return home with a collection of handmade remedies and the confidence to begin your own healing practice — inspired to turn to nature for wellbeing and balance.

Location

Langcliffe Hall is a grade II listed Jacobean manor house nestled in the dramatic hills of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Surrounded by formal gardens, wildflower meadows, woodlands, and a productive organic kitchen garden and medicine garden, Langcliffe Hall is unlike any other retreat venue out there. It has a fairytale like quality, with no shortage of trailing roses, and meandering paths (often frequented by the resident geese, ducks and chickens).

The house dates back to 1602 and has remained in Charlotte’s family for over 400yrs. Still very much a home, the house is cosy, full of history and authentic charm. Expect big luxurious bedrooms, oak panelled living rooms, wood burning stoves, hot baths and plenty of quiet nooks to sit back with a book or your journal.

Bedrooms

Langcliffe Hall has a range of accommodation options for you to choose from. When paying your deposit please add the name of the bedroom you would like to book in the ‘notes’ section at checkout.

Please note that there are no showers in the house, but each bathroom has a large bathtub and we allow plenty of time for relaxing baths throughout the weekend.

£150 non-refundable deposit to secure booking. Remainder to be paid by 27th March 2026

This includes the price of all the remedies you will take home. We both use the highest quality organic of ingredients , or even better, homegrown with love and care.

We hope you can join us

Katherine and Charlotte xx
