What to Expect
Nourishment
You will be greeted with specially formulated Ayurvedic teas to help find balance through the spring months. Lunch will be a vegetarian feast of organic seasonal produce from the NourishHq kitchen garden, prepared according to ayurvedic spring protocol.
Ancient Wisdom
Ayurveda is the Traditional Indian medicinal system that encompasses everything from diet & lifestyle practices, herbal medicines, yoga & breathwork practices, to meditation & spiritual sadhana to optimise your wellbeing - mind, body & soul. During this day retreat, we will explore the Ayurvedic rtucharya, seasonal regimen, to support ourselves as we move into spring.
Self-Care Rituals
We will practice gentle movement, breath & guided meditation specifically intended to create balance during the season ahead (and beyond!) There will be a chance for self-reflection, learning how to tune into your mind & body’s unique elemental constitution, & gain confidence that you have all the tools you need to support yourself.
Connection
This day retreat is an opportunity to meet like-minded souls; to share & connect as we each explore our own path of optimal wellbeing. This is a safe & confidential space to unwind & simply be!
