If you’ve been trying… but not quite getting results
If any of this feels familiar, you’re in the right place:
You’re tired of generic wellness advice that doesn’t fit your body or your life
You want structure, but you don’t want anything extreme
You’re doing your best, but energy, digestion, sleep or stress still feel “off”
You’re in a new life phase — and you want to feel like yourself again
You want sustainable habits that actually stick
This is not a bootcamp. It’s a gentle, intelligent reset built for real life.
What this experience gives you
By the end of the in-person day, you’ll leave with a personalised 14-day reset plan - your own at-home retreat - designed with guidance, support, and clarity.
You can expect:
A clearer understanding of what your body has been asking for
A realistic daily rhythm that supports energy, sleep, digestion, and steadiness
A plan that fits your lifestyle (not a “perfect routine” you can’t keep up)
Simple practices that feel calming and doable
A supportive group container to help you follow through
About Charlotte
Charlotte is a certified Ayurvedic health counsellor, herbal medicine grower, and yoga and breathwork teacher.
Her work brings together traditional Ayurvedic principles with practical, modern application, helping people understand their own bodies, restore balance, and build sustainable wellbeing practices that fit real life.
Charlotte’s approach is calm, grounded, and deeply personal. Rather than prescribing rigid routines or generic advice, she supports people to develop self-trust, clarity, and confidence in caring for their own health - gently, realistically, and in rhythm with the seasons.
This reset has been shaped by years of lived practice, teaching, and guiding others through periods of transition, fatigue, and renewal.
About Langcliffe Hall
The in-person day takes place at Langcliffe Hall, a historic Jacobean home set in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.
The house has been in the same family for over 400 years and offers a rare sense of continuity, quiet, and rootedness. It’s a place where time slows, providing the space and atmosphere needed for reflection, learning, and meaningful reset.
Surrounded by open countryside, Langcliffe Hall offers a setting that naturally supports nervous system regulation, presence, and connection, making it an integral part of the experience, not just a backdrop.
How It Works
Step 1: The In-Person Day (10am–5pm)
A slow, nourishing day at Langcliffe Hall, designed to be both deeply grounding and highly practical.
During the day we will:
Explore the foundations of Ayurveda in clear, accessible language
Complete a guided self-analysis and identify personal patterns and imbalances
Clarify your key wellbeing goals for spring (energy, digestion, sleep, stress, mood, etc.)
Design your personal reset using a guided workbook framework
Map out your food rhythm, routine anchors, movement, and supportive practices
Learn and experience breathwork, gentle stretching, and grounding practices
Close with reflection and a simple plan to begin your two-week reset confidently
You’ll also enjoy:
A nourishing Ayurvedic-inspired lunch
Teas and seasonal snacks throughout the day
A calm, supportive environment with plenty of space to think and reflect
Step 2: The Two-Week Reset (at home)
You’ll follow your personalised plan for 14 days with structure that’s realistic and supportive.
Each reset will be individual, but plans commonly include:
A gentle morning rhythm (before screens where possible)
Simple meal structure and nourishment principles that suit you
Daily movement that feels achievable
Breathwork / grounding practices to regulate stress
Supportive self-care rituals (e.g. abhyanga, dry brushing, lymph activation)
Sleep support and evening wind-down anchors
Journaling and reflection to build self-trust
Step 3: Accountability + Integration Support
You won’t be doing it alone.
WhatsApp group (daily check-ins):
Gentle prompts, encouragement, consistency, and shared momentum.
Final group Zoom call:
A supportive closing circle to reflect on what changed, what you learned, and how to refine your routine going forward - so your reset becomes a foundation, not a one-off.
